The XXIII Statutory Congress of the International Federation of Translators (FIT) took placefrom 2 to 3 September 2025 at the headquarter of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland. Delegates fromFIT's member associations gathered to review the work of the past mandate, address the challenges ahead, and reflect on the future of the profession and the Federation.

A 6-member delegation of the Translators Association of China (TAC) headed by Mr. Gao Anming, TAC's Executive Vice President and Secretary General, and Editor-in-Chief of the China International Communications Group attended the event.

Ms. Xu Rong, Executive Council Member of TAC and Editor-in-Chief of the Foreign Languages Press was elected as Vice President of FIT.
